How many images do you include for the viewing?

General Sessions: Depending on the package you choose The Classic is a gallery of 40+ images and The Storyteller is 80+ images (ALL images int he gallery included with this package). Most clients have a FULL gallery of different poses and shot options to choose from.

Weddings/Events:
The amount of images you receive will depend on the package you choose. I don't hold back when sending images. Your gallery will include a ton - I promise! If you like numbers I would say 50+/hr for events/weddings.

We're not great at posing. Can you help us?

Most of my clients are new to photo sessions, so don’t worry! I’ll guide you with prompts and directions to help you feel comfortable and natural. I might ask you to do a movement, answer a question, or interact in a way that brings out genuine emotions. This approach captures the authentic moments that define the KimHearts style.

How long will it take to get our photos?

For general photoshoots, you can expect your images within 7-14 business days. Express editing options are available. For weddings, you’ll receive sneak peeks within the first week and your full gallery within 6-8 weeks. These are the maximum wait times; often, you’ll get your photos even sooner depending on the season and my schedule.

Yes. I feel so strongly that every family, couple or wedding session should have printed art work. There's something so wonderful about holding a tangible book. Just flipping through the pages and reminiscing about your perfect day! Or better yet.. we can help design art work for your wall!!

What kind of camera gear do you use?

I use top-of-the-line Sony cameras to capture stunning, high-quality images in any setting. Whether it's natural light or low-light scenes, my gear ensures precision and clarity. I also bring professional lighting and flashes to make sure your photos are perfectly lit, no matter the conditions. This blend of advanced technology and creative expertise guarantees you’ll receive images that are both technically flawless and artistically beautiful.

How many photos will be retouched?

All of your photos will be professionally retouched with basic skin smoothing, natural color correction, and my signature Kim Hearts editing style.
Fun Fact: I always remove acne at no extra cost. Having struggled with acne myself, I know how it feels—and I would never charge anyone for that. Acne happens, and I’ll take care of it so you can simply enjoy your photos.

What are your photography session rates?

Here’s a quick overview of my rates. For detailed information, please visit my site or request a brochure. Lifestyle Sessions (maternity, family, couples, engagement, pets, street, newborn, birthday, and more): The Classic $250, The Storyteller $475. Boudoir: $350. Wedding/Elopement: Contact for pricing (varies based on specifics). All sessions include fully edited photos and complete galleries to choose from. I offer flexible payment plans and work with all budgets.

Can we set up a payment plan?

Absolutely! We offer flexible payment plans and can even extend payments beyond your wedding or event if needed. Payment plans are also available for lifestyle and boudoir sessions. Just ask, and we’ll work something out that fits your budget.
